Five Stars - Especially in Customer Service and Making the Consumer a Priority We reached out to Mark and his company on the weekend when our 'big box' company "couldn't fit us in" until Monday. At that point, we had been without heat for 3 nights. Our home was 50 degrees and the thermostat was dropping on the cold nights. Our unit is brand new, installed in July, and within warranty, but the 'big box company' we purchased from couldn't make us a priorityor fit us in. This is also our fifth call to them at this point.
