I've been very disappointed with the difficulty of scheduling timely appointments with the NP when urgent health issues arise. I recently informed the receptionist that I had an ear infection with discharge, but was told the NP was fully booked until August-with no alternative options offered until I asked. I try to avoid urgent care or the ER due to the higher costs, but in situations like this, I'm left wondering about the value of continuing care here.
