All Access Property Management acknowledges that there were issues involving this unit that took some time to resolve. The owner of All Access offered to put the tenant up in a hotel while the work was being done. She declined that offer. It therefore took several treatments to try and address the infestation issue which can happen. All Access takes responsibility that they could have communicated better during this time of uncertainty due to COVID 19 and a temporary reduction in personnel due to maternity leave and an exten... read more
