Terrible! I went on their web site on Saturday and requested a Tuesday appt. It said that I would be phoned back about it. Monday comes around, no response and I send a second request. No response. Tuesday, I call at 9 AM. The girl that answers says she cant schedule appts. (then why are you answering the phone) and someone will call me back at 10. So, 11:15 rolls around, no call so I call AGAIN! She says someone will call me back in 'a while' they are busy. HORRIBLE customer service. Sadly, I can't give the actual spa a rev... read more

WORST mani/pedi of my LIFE Absolutely HORRIBLE manicure and pedicure. This place was disgusting - it wasn't clean and the service was absolutely awful. I get mani/pedis frequently and this was the worst one I have ever had (and I've had probably hundreds over the years). I went here because I had a Groupon - NEVER again. I called the day before and asked if I could upgrade my manicure (I was willing to pay whatever, of course) to get gel nails or acrylics. The lady who answered the phone said absolutely! Do not waste your money I paid 100.00 for a exfoliation facial that lasted 20 minutes and used sub-standard products. Every other facial I have ever had they examine your skin and use products for you skin. At ALL ABOUT U don't expect that expertise or any extras that usually com along with a facial...ie, hand and shoulder massage. I have had many facials at really nice spas such as RED DOOR SPA. I usually pay about 75-100 in the DC area, All About U (YOU) is a rip off! STAY AWAY!
