It’s a really nice yarn shop and they are willing to help with projects or picking out the right yarn.
The service is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, including the other customers! I also love the attitude toward sharing our projects - volunteering and giving.
They have a huge variety of yarn. But more than that, Julie and Gunner are friendly, outgoing, helpful and very welcoming.
My husband stopped THREE SEPARATE times before Christmas to buy me a gift certificate for yarn etc at this store. Twice he was told the gal, “um....didn’t think they did that.” The third time the clerk thought they did but didn’t know how. She did not offer to call anyone to find out or call him later or anything. He walked. He gave me the $200 cash which I will now spend anywhere else that sells nice yarn. �
