After a really personal and incredibly upsetting appointment here I thought maybe I would try to schedule an appointment due to the office being close to home. My mistake. A virtual assistant remains on the line and there is no receptionist to speak to. I’ll take it as a sign to go somewhere where help and availability is prioritized. Idk how this office is still open.
Attention to care and response time is almost negligent.
Literally like pulling teeth to get anyone to even answer the phone. Do better people.
The care, compassion, and attentiveness is like no other. I wish all my docs were as thorough and invested! And I also love that friends who have been in their care for pregnancy/birth get the same attention and care as someone in a different chapter like menopause. Honestly I can not say enough good things about this practice!!
