Dr. Kalra is very sweet and personable. She was incredibly professional and informative. I felt very comfortable talking with her. Thanks for making “the dreaded gyno appointment” a pleasant experience!!
I am almost 4 months PO full hysterectomy leaving only my ovaries. Dr Townsend was amazing! She’s very through and informative. The three robotic incisions are hardly visible. One is in my belly button and one she used my previous appendix scar. The only visible one is so tiny that I hardly know it’s there. My surgery and recovery went great. I would highly recommend Dr Townsend!!
Horrible practice I have delivered two children here both with bad experiences. I would not recommend this place at all. They do not care about women. They do not care that you are pregnant and they do not care about what you say. Please find somewhere else that provides better services I warn. I am sure this place will not last much longer.
I should also add that after they knew I wasn't covered by insurance (and had yet to inforn me!) they still scheduled an in office ultrasound for me. So I got child care coverage and planned for 90-120 minutes in a Drs office just to be told, "no we didn't verify anything for you!" I think they are merely trying to make a buck by being dishonest. Buyer beware!
