I have a long association with this group as patient. Just because it took me additional 8min time to check in even though I was within the 10 min window they rescheduled my appointment. What a reason to reschedule appointment. First off the office was empty and everyone gets time to check in at the kiosk. Front staff please be more considerate it’s really not nice Service and they just blamed the provider saying they are the ones to make the rule wow .
The office staff at the front desk is unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist in any way.
Couldn’t even tell you what it’s like there because they don’t bother to pick up the phone. I find it hard to believe you’ve been answering patients questions that long. It seems unnecessary to even review because obviously everyone has had the same experience. Don’t waste your time.
I love my NP there, but they always cancel my appointments, at least once, this time twice- I call & always get their voicemail, & they do not call back! Horrible customer service there.
left this practice in 2018 because I would never recv a response to multiple phone calls.......it appears this is still occurring in 2024.
