Worst experience ever. Don't even think about getting HRT at this place. They are anti-women if anything. Adding to all the one star reviews, run, don't walk, away from this practice. If you have an appointment, get there a half an hour early as the kiosks to sign in are usually broken and if there's a line, you'll be late and have to reschedule. I don't usually leave a review but I feel as though I need to maybe it will help the next person or change the staffing. I went to another GYN for my problem not because of my Dr because of the nurse that I had to speak to and would never let me talk to Dr. McCracken. I was dissatisfied with my recent visit due to the lack of compassion shown by the front desk staff member who checked me in. She was more focused on my insurance, which she incorrectly marked as inactive, rather than assisting me as a patient. Her colleague later confirmed my new ID number was available in the system, which could have been resolved if she had taken the time to look. All the reviews I've read are a poor representation of this practice. I've been a patient there since 2012 and have been seen through two pregnancies and deliveries by this practice. Dr. McCraken delivered both my children and she is exceptional. I've never had a bad experience there. Scheduling is easy, I have appointments booked for the year. It was always convenient having the ultrasound visits right there in the office from Maternal fetal medicine. I love all the staff, they are pleasant well informed and happy to see me... read more
