I love the girls at the Lake City office. They are so caring and understanding. Its really great to go to the Dr. And the staff knows you by name and remembers your situation. I have never been called by name is Gainesville. Or treated with as much care and compassion in Gainesville as I always am in Lake City.
The Lake City office staff are unfriendly and uncompassionate the Gainesville office has great staff no issues and definitely worth the 40-minute drive from Lake City. After the experience that my daughter had with Julie we will never walk into Lake City office again. Julie Rischer was Extremely rude, and degrading toward my daughter. And being a first-time mom is kind of nervous and she unnecessarily told my daughter that her baby would have to be poked and prodded and IVs and such because of a simple sugar test that my dau... read more
Always had a great experience in Gainesville and Lake City. Dr Agrios is the best. Also used Shelley and Julie and they're great too!
Go through the Gainesville office, even if you don’t live in Gainesville it’s worth it. Service from the support staff at the Lake City office is abhorrent. I never have an issue with the Gainesville office staff and I will gladly make the 40 minute drive to Gainesville versus the 5 minute drive to the Lake City office.
