I have been coming to AAW for a few years now (utilized both locations - Leesburg/Reston). While it’s true that you can be waiting 1+hrs to see Dr. Jones, it has been worth it for me. She always answers every single question. What led me to do a review though, is that I haven’t seen any reviews for Dr. Jones performing surgery. All about women OBGYN is by far the best. I came into this practice expecting my first baby and Doctor jones and her team were amazing. Every staff member in this office is amazing and actually cares about the patients and as a young mother this was so helpful to feel supported and taken seriously. Any little cause for me to have anxiety they would answer my message promptly and have me come in for piece of mind almost always same day. While the staff is lovely and Dr. Jones is wonderful as a person, the amount of time she leaves her patients waiting is absurd. Expect 1-2 hours for a regular appointment with no apology for the wait. I recently delivered my second baby at Reston and Dr. Jones left me waiting 4 hours just to call in orders to start my induction process and then she completely neglected to include orders for my medication. Dr. Silva was truly amazing! I felt listened to and heard as a patient. The whole staff was friendly and personable. Highly recommend!
