I've always had a problem with front office staff. Whether it is about the appointment time or insurance coverage. They never have a clue. I came in 15 minutes early and they had already canceled my appointment. Rude and unwaivering to accept their mess up. They always go to blame the patient.
RecommendedI just want to give Dr. Mallory and Dr. Smith a huge shoutout!! Dr. Mallory is the best hands down! She is very personable, kind and just absolutely amazing at her job!!! I entrusted her with my wife and child before I met her and she absolutely gained my trust and compassion very quickly! Dr. Mallory thank you! Dr. Smith has the biggest heart and the same compassion! He took excellent care of my wife after a c-section! Thank you guys! Highly recommended!!!
Assigned female at birth and female to male transgender men need routine gyno care, just like any other patient. Pronouns should be respected by all staff AND all physician members- vocally and within the discussion notes. Just be upfront. Stay on the same page and save lives. Too many transgender people are undermined and that is psychologically damaging. Every good gift is from above. A life is a life. What you type on the discussion notes impacts a patient’s life. This was my first pregnancy & I was very nervous. All About Women really helped me. Dr. Percy was who delivered my son & I absolutely love her! There is no better place! Dr. Percy made me feel like family & not just a paying patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor & a better delivery! Dr. Percy’s nurse was very awesome, too! Everyone there is just very helpful & very nice. I was very sad that I wouldn’t see them except for my yearly checkup. I would recommend them to anyone!! I love you guys! Y’all are great!!
Love Dr. Smith. He delivered my 3 boys and he's just an awesome man! A Christian full of love and wisdom! All the doctors at this office have been great!! Can't say enough good! Dr Smith is a rare gem!!! love you doc
I absolutely love Docter Percy! I have seen all the providers here and they are all amazing! Docter Percy delivered my son & was going to deliver my daughter but she came on her own so Docter Mallory Delivered her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I have anymore babies! Docter Percy takes her time with you and is very communicative. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
Dr Webb is the best doctor. I love her to death. She is so sweet and kind. She delivered my son by c-section I was so scared but she kept me calm and talked me through it. She did such a great job. She is the only one I trusted to deliver him. I will definitely be going back to see her for my next pregnancy.
