Just got some fantastic help from Jeremy Powell at All About Water. Previous RO unit ended its life and leaked everywhere. Within 2-1/2 days, I was able to schedule the service, have him come out and examine the space and then complete the work. He cleaned out the cabinet, replaced and reinforced the base with quality materials, replaced the hot and cold water valves, and installed a new RO system. Nothing but excellent, friendly, very knowledgeable service from the time Eco Water was presented to me to the install!!! I say always lead by example and this customer service is defiantly that!!! Thank you again for such great service and all I can say is folks that don't have soft water systems should get one! Best investment ever and saves on buying water bottles that fill up landfills and system saves you $$$$!!! Had one in my home in Texas and first thing I got out here in Arizona!!!!

All About Water makes taking care of my drinking and soft water so easy! They call when it's time to do maintenance so it's one less thing for me to remember. Their equipment has been top notch and I've never had problems. Jeremy is a patient and helpful tech and doesn't mind explaining what he's doing. A great company and technician and I highly recommend them!

Dana came by this morning to do annual servicing of our water softener. He called me when he was on his way, arrived within 10 minutes. Completed the servicing within just a few minutes. He's efficient and polite. This company is highly recommended.

I called and was scheduled for a day out. So easy. Jeremy has serviced my system multiple times and has a diagnosis and fix literally within minutes. He knows the prices like the back of his hand and I always feel as if it's fair and on the up and up. No reason to call anyone else for me!
