Tech was very helpfull. Dana explained every thing he was doing and what i needed to due in the future. Other tech in past never explained things or mentioned the need for resin cleaner. Great service call. Thank You GRADE A++

We have been with Eco Water - All About Water since 2001. We have been working with the group from Chandler, Az. We first purchased our unit from Rick Greene in 2001(out of Gilbert, AZ) and since have had a few ups and downs with the unit. To be fair, the water here in Apache Jct., AZ is really terrible and this system takes a beating. We keep up with all maintenance and have spent quite a few dollars to keep it running. Almost giving up on it recently and shutting it down. Only to get it back up and running because we misse... read more

Jeremy just completed the servicing of my softener and ro filter system. Very friendly and thorough service. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a friendly manner. Would appreciate a call to narrow the time of his arrival instead of a three hour window.
All About Water-Ecowater has serviced my water softener and RO systems since May, 1995. They are certainly 5 out of 5, for all they have done to provide my family and me clean and healthy water. Jeremy has always done an outstanding job every time he serviced my systems in the past years. Most recently, Mandell (first time at my house, but many years with Ecowater) did an outstanding job, also.
