Totally useless at administration and does not acknowledge any customers email notifications. ie: email address updates and more importantly, I advised them we have sold that property months ago, (no reply)and yet I get a call from his service bloke today, that they are going on the property and doing a service today. So am forced to write this review so hopefully get the message through to them. I check all my emails and spam folders, so that old excuse will not cut it.
Jay is the Wastewater whisperer, best service i have encountered so far in this industry. Shoes up when he says he will does the job quickly and professionally. I reccomand Jay to anyone.
Had our old septic system replaced with a new treatment system and was very happy with job done by Jay and the guys. No hesitation in recommending All About Wastewater.
