My bridesmaid dresses were ordered 6-7 months ago and arrived 11 days before my wedding. Every time I called the staff never had a clue what was going on nor anything about my order, and every time they said they would return my call it was never returned. I was lied to the whole time about why my dresses weren’t in yet, and given different stories every time. Needless to say I will never do business with them again.
Horrible. I was fitted for a dress in June and did not receive until December. I was never notified there was an issue with the ordering of the dress. When I spoke to someone they handed off the issue to another person and continuously ‘passed the buck’, never once taking responsibility for their mishandling of the issue.
I knew what I wanted and passed up a dress that didn't stand out on the rack but after I put it on, I fell in love. Everyone was very sweet and helpful.

They are amazing. I had my appointment this past Monday and had a great experience Hunter was amazing in helping me find my perfect dress. Which we did and i absolutely love it. Can't wait for my wedding and to be able to wear my dream dress!!

Hunter made my whole experience a marvelous one! She knew what I wanted and helped me find my wedding dress. She stayed within my budget, was extremely helpful, and very attentive. After I left, I decided to change the color of my dress and hunter was able to change it and get back to me that same day to calm my nerves. AATD has dresses for every occasion, go check them out! I can not thank you enough Hunter for all your help.. you rock!
Thanks to Randi and the staff at AATD this was the easiest dress shopping has ever been!!! My daughter was treated wonderful from the moment we walked in and the dress was absolutely Gorgeous!!! She felt like a princess in that dress and that means the world to me!! Thank you again!! We will be back.
