Dr. Cotton is nice and the office is very kid friendly but they are ALWAYS late. Would be five stars if they did not consistently run behind and waste my time.
I love this place, warm friendly, honest and the kids look forward to going. Out of my four kids one being almost 17 down to three years of age and not a single cavity.😀
We took our son to see Dr. Cotton when our son was 1.5 months old to have his tongue and lip tie revision. She came highly recommended and we drove about 2 hours round trip to see her. I am SO GLAD we did. She helped our son so much and was so caring and explained everything so we understood what we were in for. She gave detailed instructions on how to do his exercises. Office manager wrote a note and scotch-taped it to my car window. When the tape would not come off, she was extremely rude. Would not help nor apologize. There are 12 unmarked parking spots in front of their business. Three (including mine - there for 45 minutes) were occupied. No need for the rudeness. I called them 23.5 hours before my appointment to cancel and they still insisted in taking my $50 deposit! Heartless manager Laura.
