RecommendedI found Dr.Cotton online as a preferred provider that specializes in tongue/lip ties. My son was born in august and the pediatrician in the hospital clipped his tongue tie and said it was very “minor” and we should be okay. I was like this is amazing we handled the issue right when he was born. But I was sure wrong! His tongue still looked funny (had the heart shape) he still had poor latch/suction, horrible reflux, and was extremely fussy and irritable. We LOVE Dr Cotton and the Staff at all about smiles! My children always rave about how they love it, sincerely. Thank you for always treating the kids with love and kindness. Dr. cotton saw both my children for their lip and tongue ties and we continue to see them for their exams and cleanings! Bubbles, balloons, beautiful waiting room with toys, and they’re so gentle & motivating during exams and X-rays!! My kids had their ties done at newborn and 3 years old. Both great experiences. My kids have seen Dr. Cotton since they were babies. She always makes them feel comfortable and secure. She is patient, caring and takes her time with each patient. Highly recommend 😊
Dr. Cotton and her staff have always been awesome with my kids. One of my children is on the spectrum and they handle it very well.

Called all day for several days. No one is answering the phone. Message says the office is closed for a week. Who does that? � Guess they don’t need my children as patients. There are many other pediatric dentists in Gilbert and when I called around, I was told they always have someone there answering the phones when the doctor is gone. I had heard good things about this office but ultimately found a dental office that is more customer friendly. Seriously when I am ready to schedule an appointment, why would I wait a week!
We just had the BEST experience at our children’s first visit! What an amazing staff!
