Horrible experience! I found them on Alf website and talked to staff about my specific interest in this device for my 3&5 year olds. We set up cleanings with the consultation. When we arrived their staff wasn’t there. We were told we could do multiple people at once on the phone because the only time they could get us in was before another appointment for our kids. They only scheduled 1 person for our 3 people so that wasn’t happening. They wouldn’t allow me back with my 3 year old- I should have left then- but they promised... read more
Great service and very LGBT friendly staff.
Dr Paul Rynders’ office has been fantastic to my family over the years. Comfortable environment (and I have anxiety about dentistry work) and a very friendly staff. Great with kids too!
Dr. Rynders and his assistant, Brent are so wonderful with small children. Sue is a pleasure to visit with and her smile is so welcoming.
Dr Rynders is nice and my kids love him, however his wife Luanne (clinic manager) and staff are very rude and unprofessional. My son had some fillings and sealants done back in December 2016, which were not fully covered by my insurance but we didn't know about it. In June 2017 (6 months later) we received a bill in the mail with charges but no explanations. To our confusion, we called the clinic, spoke to Luanne, and the experience was horrible.
