communicated well. Came to my home and measured for new fabric on a 15 year old awning. When material came in, Russ let me know and set up a time for the install. Excellent job.
They contacted me and outlined their services and provided a quote for the job. They gave me a schedule date, followed up for my decision and kept the promised date. The workers were careful, efficient and knew what they were doing. They went the extra mile in making adjustments to the awning which was not part of the original deal I'm very satisfied.
They called when they were on their way to the appointment and made a follow up call after the project was completed. They were nice guys and came in and got it installed quickly. It was a one day job. They cleaned up after themselves. Fast efficient service and I would recommend them to other homeowners!
He's very professional and pleasant to work with, he did good quality work and I've called him back to do more work for me. Highly recommend.
