nice person and knowledgeable about plumbing BUT rescheduled twice and then was late. Did the minimum to get off job, had to ask to make sure everything was done. Use someone else if you want it done by appointment.
DON'T USE. HE NEVER SHOWS UP WHEN SAYS HE WILL. ALWAYS LATE. AND WE WOULD NOT HAVE CALLED HIM THIS TIME, BUT after talking to the Rheem customer service, since it was a warranty issue, they thought we should have him resolve problem. Especially after we talked to the technical service about leaking and corrosive problems, they said that was probably an install issue.
