I’ve been a loyal customer of All About Plumbing for over seven years. During that time, AAP has completed numerous plumbing projects for me, from smaller jobs such as changing out faucets and garbage disposers to bigger projects including hot water heater replacement (the old heater was built into the crawl space and the change out was very tricky) to complete replacement of the damaged/decayed sewer and water lines at my house. Don't even bother with an estimate – We had to do some extensive work (sewer line and two water lines). I thought I did my research with different plumbers and read his reviews online because of them I decided to add AAP to the list to get an estimate. Several plumbing companies were called to bid the job. Ken’s estimate was a bit high even counting in his 'discount' for writing/leaving a good review about the company (no wonder why so many good reviews- everyone wants a discount right?). we finally have a reliable plumber! – This is the first time we have had to call for plumbing assistance, and we are relieved to have found all about plumbing. tyrone was efficient, knowledgable, and did a great job taking out our old moen fawcett and installing the new one. he did great work, and pricing was reasonable. we know who we will call next time!!
AAP saves the day – All About Plumbing saves the day.I had a sewer line that was over flowing out of a pipe in my front yard . Ken the owner of the company came out him self and snake out my sewer line and showed me what was wrong. He have a camera to show me what the problem was and how we could fix it. Down to Earth Plumber – Scott came by an hour after I called, gave a quote said he could fix what I had or replace it with current product. I said replace and he said next day and name my time. Well Scott showed up with his side kick, he took his cape off and went to work ,he replace an old toilet drain connection and mounted the toilet . He was done in an hour and half. He made it look so simple but that because he was skilled at his job.
Horrible service -- did not do work -- ducking phone calls!!! – Saw the nice reviews, sounded good. We needed a new sump pump in our basement and needed the toilet secured to the floor in our new to us home. $800.00 and a year later and my toilet is still loose and I'm using my original pump but they still cashed the check. These guys seem nice but as soon as they have your money, they will avoid rectifying any issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
DEFINITELY MY 911 FOR PLUMBING – I CALLED ALL ABOUT PLUMBING SUNDAY AFTERNOON IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS 7TH B-DAY AND OUR WHOLE HOUSE WAS STOPPED UP AND THE MAIN BATHROOM WAS OVERFLOWING. I WAS IN PANIC WITH A HOUSE FULL OF MOMS AND KIDS . I CALLED ATLEAST 10 OTHER COMPANIES WITH NO ANSWER OR ANSWERING SERVICES TAKING MESSAGES. I THEN GOT ON CITY SEARCH AND FOUND AAP AND TO MY SURPRISE I ACTUALLY GOT A PLUMBER ON THE PHONE. KEN ASSURED ME HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. They were my 911 for for my plumbing!!!! – 12:30 on a friday night i woke up to lots of water in my basement, I was in a panic and was calling every plumber on city search.
