I would not recommend this moving company. My concern over an extra charge was never addressed, even after I sent an email and called their office twice. I was told by one representative that it would be handled...crickets. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and attention to customer service. This was an expensive lesson learned. I am updating my review to advise that I did receive a refund from the company as I requested. However, my initial rating and experience remains unchanged.

Our two movers, Derrick and Carl, were nothing but professional. No time was wasted, the price was fair, and I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality movers
