Nice staff, no experience! – I would love to be able to give All About Me a good review. However, the last experience was more than I could bear. At this point, a promised resolution has still not been met. I first visited All About Me for a manicure and pedicure. I was quoted $55 over the phone. They got me in that day. I had to be at work at 3:30, so I had an appointment at 12:30. No problem at all, right? Wrong. I was late for work and left with unfinished polish. Perfect Wedding Day – Wow! "All About Me" was so fabulous. What a cute shop! A great central location for anyone having a wedding in Hilton Head. I planned my wedding all the way from Columbus, Ohio! Myself, all 6 bridesmaids, and the "stressed out" mother of the bride had our hair and make up done all before 11:30am on a Friday morning!!! Needless to say, I was beyond impressed. All About Me is the best! – I'm not sure what happened to the person who wrote the negative review but I've had nothing but good experiences at All About me! I highly recommend it!
Great! – The manicure I recieved here was fantastic. The polish stayed on for weeks. This place was very friendly and relaxed. I felt so comfortable here. I can't wait to go back and get my Toes done!
Worst Spa Ever!!! – I made appointments for myself and a family member six months before my wedding. All About Me called four days before and said they would not be able to perform my services because the spa was overbooked!!! Then because I could not go at the new time they suggested they charged my credit card the $260 cancellation fee! This spa is unreliable, unprofessional, rude, and offers no customer service. I do NOT recommend it and do not recommend giving them a credit card!!!
