I don’t understand how this company is still in business. They allowed the tenants from my condo to destroy it. It cost me 10K to get it back to the way it used to be. They promised to do check ins every 3 months and they never did. When I asked them if they were going to pay for the damages caused by their irresponsibility they said it was my condo and not their responsibility . It was a nightmare. Never hire this company!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. This company is horrible. Beware if your HOA is affiliated with them. Their accounting team sucks needs to go back to school. They are quick to issue fines to homeowners when the error is theirs. If you have an option run. Thus company sold our hoa to another company with no notice and so the mess continues no one knows anything and they won't return any calls or emails.
