Always booked out over a month, they cancelled my initial appointment and said I was a no show and never confirmed my second appointment and called me a no show so I’m really not impressed at all I’ve been taking my son to the er to get him treated. Kids with asthma need to get in prior to a month but I guess it works for other people. Coming from mn where it seems the clinics there are more accessible this is a deterrent I’m not impressed but I’ll continu to take my son to the er since I can actually get him seen
I am very thankful to Dr. Amy Shoptaugh and her office team for all the dedication and care they have been providing for my children for the last 10 years. They are highly efficient, very caring. Dr Shoptaugh's clinical knowledge in pediatric treatment is most commendable.
