I called and talked to an advocate the first day and thet were very nice. Since that first day, I have left 5 messages and one email and I am still waiting for someone to get back. HORRENDOUS customer service! An advocate is supposed to work for us. So, so disappointed when I desperately needed some help. Would NEVER use them!
