I was tailgated as were several other drivers by one of their box trucks. The truck was traveling 60 MPH while it was behind me in thick traffic where the speed limit was 45. The truck changed lanes multiple times cutting off other drivers, and did not use their turn signal. I called the office to let them know about their equipment and the operator. I called months ago to get a quote for new gutters on my home. The lady that answered was polite and professional. I was impressed, she informed me that someone else would call me back to set up a time to come out to my home. She confirmed my name and number that she had listed on her caller ID. Never heard back. Went elsewhere but I think I would have liked them.

My experience has been a disturbing and difficult one. My gutters were replaced in 2019. Early on there were noticeable issues with leaky corners. I made At least 5-8 calls, and was always given the runaround. Eventually (3-4 months later) I reached a female in the office and although she got someone out day, the leaks continued. Over time I’m aware of other issues with improper installation and drainage problems. My $3000+ cost was all wasted money. I’m disturbed that they never showed an interest in making things right.
