This place has changed! I’ve been coming to Hamilton yearly since 2019 and always been happy. At this appointment I was lied to by both of the front desk staff about the “requirement” to pay for the additional eye imaging. I was told by the first person CO law required the test each year. When I verified that she confirmed yes. I checked with CO state law and that was not true. The second person at the front counter stated that she didn’t lie to me, she misspoke, it is actually my insurance that requires it. Another lie! I h... read more
