The turnover of eye doctors is discouraging--as soon as I find one I like, they've left the office by my next visit. It makes me wonder if there are organizational or managerial problems. Most recently Dr. Hamilton misdiagnosed my husband's sty and counseled him wrongly. There were no repercussions, other than delayed healing, but it was incredibly frustrating for him to make a second visit, have another co-pay, and take more time off work to have her correct herself.
Jon explained the process well. He had excellent communication and bedside manner. The doctor was great as well. She was informative, encouraging and optimistic.
Had my first appointment with this eye doctor and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the office was clean and organized, and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions. The exam was thorough, and I never felt rushed. I left feeling confident about my eye health and would definitely recommend this practice to others.”
