Just called to make an appointment, 2nd week in February, guess being a return customer doesn’t mean squat as it once did. Customer service isn’t what it once was. Don’t expect to have my backside kissed, or them change their schedule, but when asked for a Saturday morning appointment for the first available Saturday morning, sorry 3:00 pm was what I was offered, then a 12:30 appointment is what I was offered, WT?
