After several disappointing experiences with other eye doctors, I finally found a keeper. Everyone at this office was so kind and patient from check-in to check-out. Sherry helped me pick out frames and was incredible — she never rushed me, answered all my questions, and was so helpful and patient while I tried on what felt like a hundred pairs. For the first time in years, I actually enjoyed my eye appointment. Highly recommend!
Brought the whole family including our infant for an eye exam. Everyone was very attentive and patient with our family and considerate of our time. The Dr was very thorough with the exam and took time to explain things that needed explanation. As a busy mom, I love that we all got to stay together and tag team with the baby's needs.
I recently had a bad experience at Bristol Family Eyecare in Georgetown with Dr. Silverio with my contact lenses and eyeglasses new scripts. I had to go back for another exam because there was no improvement in the lenses and glass scripts she recommended post exam. When I asked her why her script had changed on the second exam, reasoning was atmospheric changes. Their lens charge to me was $355 and Costco charged me $77 for the same lenses the second time.
