We have had pretty good service in the past. Today my husband had a yearly eye exam. He was told since he was now diabetic our self pay VSP vision insurance would not pay for his visit. This was not mentioned, before he had the exam. X-rays of his eyes were mandatory and part of our bill was filed to his medical insurance. We talked to the manager on duty. Love the atmosphere, doctors and staff all very nice and welcoming.
The staff here have always been super professional, kind and knowledgeable. I have always been pleased with my service here. From the time of check in to when I am getting in my car to leave, it was just under an hour which was very helpful to be able to squeeze this visit into my busy schedule. They have always had my new glasses sooner than promised. If I had ANY issue, it was resolved in a timely manner and the staff always make seem like it was no big deal and they were happy to help.
Our customer representative, Sara, was wonderful! She did a fantastic job today, extremely personable and professional!
