My two boys and I went to All About Eyes to get my oldest a pair of glasses. I was struggling to get in the door since I had my youngest was in a stroller. Brygida K was kind enough to hold the door for me. She was also the one who helped us. My son needed a minute to pick out a pair of frames. Brygida K came and checked on us a few times just to make sure we didn't have any questions or needed help before my son found the frames he really liked. I went to All About Eyes to get new contacts. Their check up was very timely, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable! They have a large selection of designer glasses if that's something you're looking for.
Had them put new lenses in my $300 frames and their technician broke the frames. They would not replace them. They had not told me they would not be able to replace this if they were to break. I feel taken advantage of. Wish I had gone somewhere else.
The staff was great, and they had a large selection of frames, but the glasses were shoddy workmanship. I won't go back. We bought 4 pair of glasses all on the same day. Within 6 months, on 3 of the 4 pairs, the lens coating began wearing off. Since we'd not purchased the extra insurance, there was nothing they would do about it. The 1 pair of glasses that didn't show ugly evidence of the lens coating wearing off had a different issue -- the frames broke about 13 months after purchase.
