I have went into all about eyes since they have opened and bought every pair of glasses there as well as had all of my eye exams there. I have had nothing but an amazing experience each time I have went in there. I have been wearing glasses since I was about 8 or 9 and have used many different companies and I have by far had the best experience here.
These guys were a life saver for me. I broke my glasses on a Saturday afternoon ( and I had no contacts ) and I called around to 4 different places and no one could get me in. The staff worked me in and were great to work with.
Friendly courteous staff. Took time to learn about how I use my glasses to match what I need.
Right now not good. Poor customer service. I call to check on the status of my glasses and don't receive call back so I have to call them. Then find out that glasses are delayed because of a flaw in one of the lens. Told trying to get them to me in couple days. Once again call to check status. Wait 3 hours with no call back so I have to call them again to find out my glasses will not arrive til Monday. I sure hope their merchandise is better than their customer service. Will re-evaluate when I get my glasses
