Yesterday I went to your office to have a recheck on my contact lenses. I don't think I have the correct prescription. I was put into the room with the doctor and was made to feel like I was a bother to her. Not only did I get that feeling, but when she left the room to get a contact to try, I could hear her say to a coworker," I am just done with this! I need to retire! This is getting old!" I had an eye exam and ordered contacts I was told if I pay for a whole year at once I would get a rebate back, I did call an order from the Collinsville store and had them sent to my home . I have been waiting ever since for the rebate I called today and was told it expired because I had my contacts delivered. Sounds fishy to me I won’t be returning to All About Eyes
RecommendedI came in with three children. The staff was extremely helpful and spent time making sure we found what we liked. They were also very good with my 11 year old who was being a little picky about his frames. A++ customer service!
No, they quote you one price but charge you another like 3 times as much!! No faith in them at all!!

They are only seeing emergencies right now. I guess A healthcare worker with headaches and blurry vision that’s been a patient over 10 years isn’t considered an emergency to all about eyes. Thanks for showing your support to healthcare workers.
RecommendedThis is a great place to get your yearly eye exam! The staff is kind and considerate. The optometrist is phenomenal! Caught an enlarged optic nerve and set up an appointment with an ophthalmologist to get it checked out. Cannot say enough good things about this specific office!
They don't respect your time here! You will have to wait an hour after your appointment! Don't go here if you are busy or have a life! This is the second time I have been made to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time! The first time nobody told me what was going on or why it was taking so long. I was patient then. This second appointment was for a contact lens refit. Which should have only taken maybe ten to fifteen minutes, but I got there and found that I was already waiting ten minutes.
