I am not sure what lab they use to get their lenses made, but I think they need to find a new one. I took my lenses to two other places and both told me that the lenses that All About Eyes gave me didn't match the prescription the eye doctor gave me.

They seemed really anxious to have my business so I thought this would go really well. I was very happy with the frames I chose and was looking forward to receiving my glasses. I got my glasses and they looked great, but I couldn't see through them. I ended up going someplace else to get my lenses made. I think they have a problem at All About Eyes making the lenses correctly. They were not good about dealing with me after the original sale. They didn't seem concerned that the lenses weren't correct.

I had to get glasses somewhere else after I got them here. The other place said that the glasses they gave me didn't match my prescription.

I stopped in to look at some frames but the employee on duty was very rude to me. So - I left.

I was thinking about going there, but then I saw the reviews, so I asked around at work and the feedback was very similar to the reviews here. Everyone who had tried them told me not to go there. I asked them, and they said they had not left any reviews, so there are more unhappy people out here than the reviews reflect. I couldn't find anyone who had a decent time there.

Hopefully this posting can help someone else. I have had a horrific experience with All About Eyes in Champaign.They don't seem to care about the quality of the glasses they make.I have never had problems with an eye doctor / glasses establishment before. I guess there is a first time for everything. The only thing left to do is to warn people away from them to avoid the problems that I have had.

I wish I had done my homework before going to All About Eyes. The glasses they gave me aren't right. My insurance will only buy me glasses every so often, so I am going without glasses until I can get new ones somewhere else. I would think that any place that sells glasses would have to make them right. Aren't there laws about this kind of thing? Unless I can find a way to get them to give me my money back (they refuse) I will have to live at least a year without glasses.

I have had repeated bad experiences at All About Eyes in Champaign. I have tried to give them ample opportunities to rectify the problems. I purchased glasses from them. They were not ready when promised. They were a month late. Then, the glasses were not made right. At least they admitted they had made them with the wrong prescription. So - they tried again.
