I have been going to All About eyes for years and today was the worst experience i have ever had , the greeting was horrible and Ashely had the worst attitude when doing the "air" exam!! If i didnt need the exam and new glasses i would have walked out ! Poor customer Service !!! However i gave a 4 star rating as Claudia who assisted with the purchase of new glasses and insurance was great ! If the prices hadnt been so good i would have went somewhere else .
Unprofessional!! My son broke the frame for glasses after we spent $160 on Transition lenses at this store. They no longer carried the frames which were purchased at this store. The girl was curt and told us that we'd have to buy NEW frames and lenses. NOT here!! This is after 1 year!
just sent innan order from a pair of raybans I seen in their gallery and I love them. insurance helped alot and they were also helpful thanks ms kelsey
I bought glasses, but I couldn't see correctly through them. So I had to go someplace else to get glasses. It was a very expensive lesson to me. My lesson was to make sure that a place can deliver what you paid for BEFORE you give them your money.
