Absolutely awful, I have made appointments 3 different times and months apart, and days before my appointment they call and tell me I need to reschedule or just canceled my appointment without notifying me. I am done with these clowns.
If I can give zero stars I would. I had an appointment today at 4pm and they call me 2 hours prior and cancel. I had to take off work and they couldn't accommodate any other day for late times. Completely unacceptable practice and disregard for people's schedule. If a doctor needs to leave then they should find coverage and honor appointments. Update: I was quoted an outrageous amount to get teeth fixed. Called my insurance and they provide me with a document that says it was covered. Been leaving voicemail and emails and ca... read more
They have difficulty keeping dentist's. They have a different one each day of the week so you can only see the one ur scheduled with. Many times they have cancelled my appt due to no dentists available. I will be seeking a new one after these fillings are done.
