All About Comfort was sent out by our home warranty company to service our AC. I have never had a better experience with a vendor chosen by our warranty company. Renee contacted me within minutes of submitting my service request, and was able to send a tech out the same day! James was courteous and professional, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes max. He even had the necessary replacement parts already on hand. I would definitely use this company again—fantastic service!!

They have great staff with excellent customer service skills, management make you feel comfortable when explaining what is to be done to your system. I called on a Friday afternoon about my AC unit not keeping up with the 90+ degree temps. They showed up that Friday, after their business hours and diagnosed the issue in about 15 minutes. They provided a quote, and ordered the required part upon my approval. They communicated with me every step of the way from ordering, to shipping, to delivery of the needed part.
