James was exceptional. We used their services through a home warranty. We got same day service, diagnostics, and a fix. He was honest about the timing of the warranty company approving the part and being able to get it so when he was able to fit it all in one day, it went beyond our expectations. Communication about scheduling was through text so very quick and easy to respond to. Will definitely be using this company again.
They came out on a Sunday and got our heat back on! Great customer service and response time!
Our furnace stopped working and initially we called a different company to come fix it. They quoted me a minimum of $4k to repair and hard pushed us to do a full replacement for $15k. Got a second opinion from All About Comfort and they were able to come the same day and had it fixed within 30 minutes for a few hundred dollars. Highly recommend!!! I will never use the other company again.
All About Comfort Heating and Cooling was great! James Henton and his partner did a great job replacing my heat exchanger. They went above and beyond by coming out long after work hours, and James did this twice, coming on a Saturday and in the evening to check and replace parts on my furnace. I would highly recommend All About Comfort Heating and Cooling. The dispatcher, Renee, did a great job staying in touch with me until the work was completed. I was very happy with them
Definitely going to go to these guys if we ever have anymore furnace trouble. We had a furnace that wasn’t heating and we were worried about how long that kind of thing could take to repair and cost. But they were able to send out guys today AND they got it fixed today. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and got the job done! Thank you guys again!!
