I called on a Friday afternoon about my AC unit not keeping up with the 90+ degree temps. They showed up that Friday, after their business hours and diagnosed the issue in about 15 minutes. They provided a quote, and ordered the required part upon my approval. They communicated with me every step of the way from ordering, to shipping, to delivery of the needed part. All About Comfort was assigned to us through our home warranty company, Cinch, when our A/C stopped working. They were able to schedule our first appointment on a Saturday and worked hard to fix the problem but ultimately we needed a full unit replacement. They worked with the warranty company to get everything covered outside of what was allowed under warranty, which we really appreciated as it is not cheap to get a full unit replaced.
