I wish I could give zero stars. These poor ladies don’t know a thing about cleaning! I don’t see how they stay in business. They have to be called back every single time and they STILL are unable to do a quality clean after walking through with them and pointing out the obvious things that were missed. There are also times that we call them out to do a clean and they don’t even show up! I don’t see how they are even rated a 4 stars. I wish All About clean had sent us those 4 star cleaners!
Want answer the phone im a new customer my apartment bulding recommended them recive a text yesterday saying they open at 9am called at 9am no answer got a text saying ill call when i get to the office which they clam open at 9 never got a call or nothing. If you own a business answer your calls or close your business dont have time to waste
This afternoon I looked at my old apartment after the move out cleaning. They did an excellent job! I am very impressed. It looks beautiful. They were able to take care of the move out cleaning very quickly. They are currently cleaning my new apartment and do a fantastic job. They are very professional through and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
