RecommendedI highly recommend Hershey with the exception of ENT. While the doctors and audiologists that we have worked with have been great, the schedulers and office staff are the worst. Every time we have to deal with the office it is a disaster and they are completely unprofessional. Will definitely be looking to go somewhere else if possible.

RecommendedLast night I brought my 5-year-old to the ER he ended up needing staples on his head-the ER staff from the moment we walked in at screening was professional, caring, & understanding. We are so grateful for our ER nurse George-he truly helped to make it less scary, saw my sons Pete the Cat mask and started talking Pete the Cat stories, & made sure we understood everything, all around he (and the rest of the staff) was very caring.

RecommendedI went in as an emergency. My Colin had an abscess that burst. They did surgery. Everyone was very kind. Dr. Deutsche was excellent. The whole team treated me well.

horrible worst experience for surgery asked to come in early to sit around wait for hours dont tell you anything i rather be at veterans hospital this is horrible experience nurses ask aame questions over and over not friendly
