This place is pathetic you call to get an appointment rescheduled and you can't cause their booked till march!!! What is that they need to stop excepting new patients.
The wait to check in is ok but waiting to check out is a little bit too much there should be a line for check or better yet a sign and also more receptionist too at the desks checking people in and out that's how I feel. How ever the doctors are so far great the one I saw for my son yesterday I liked her alot.
Waited one hour before a doctor saw my Daughter. By the time of check out. I was next up and they took the people coming in first before checking me out. Two hours later.. Total visit was 2 hours..

I've been taking my kids there for years. At least 8 years It's one of the only pediatrician offices around that take our insurance. I'm not going to lie, the office used to be terrible. However, it has greatly improved! Our last visit was fantastic! The girl who checked us in could have been friendlier, but everyone else was simply amazing. Especially the one woman up front who greeted us and took extra time to talk to my daughter and make her feel comfortable . The Dr was on time, efficient, and over all it was an excellen... read more
