Chuck, the owner of this business is nothing but 100% fraud. He kept my car for nearly two months (4/23 thru 7/10) without fixing my air conditioner. He kept telling me lies and stories- asking me to buy different parts but the story just kept on changing. Then he would not answer his phone for days and one time for a week at a time. He demanded about $400 when I finally told him that I was going to take my car to mercedes-benz dealership for doing nothing, but sat on the work for weeks.
