My wife and I bought faux wood blinds that after some time warped with the heat here in Albuquerque. We called and voiced our concerns with All About Blinds and they were very apologetic and quick to fix the problem. To our luck the manufacturer representative was going to be in town and wanted to come by our house to inspect the blinds personally.
