My wife and I are very pleased with Geoff and the service and product he sold us. He spent an afternoon explaining the blinds and choices we had which made our decision much easier. The service he provided after installation was superb. We give Geoff a 5 out of 5 for both the service and the Duette UltraGlide top-down/bottom-up blinds he sold us.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and most of all the owner. Geoff truly cares about his clients. Sometimes there can be issues with the mechanics or the remote blinds but I am here to say......rest assured if you have a problem, it will be taken care of! This business is shady and they do dirty business. That treat their employees like 2nd rate citizens and the new owner Geoff has no idea how to run this type of business so beware with doing business with an out of state con man who doesn't regard New Mexico as real place of business. Buyer beware of cheap product being installed.
