I took myself and my 2 children yesterday. The place was packed. Spring Break....I know. But the dude taking the orders was playing around too much. He had a line out the door and was acting like a 10 year old. I get that's it's a place for children, but when you have so many people, it's best to take their orders and not play around. I stood in line for 20 minutes before I could order. A few of the staff were very polite, the others were very rude! Our food was good and the price was great!
Fun place for kids, but the employees are rude. My daughter was sitting down with my younger two kids while I ordered (so I wouldn't have kids running everywhere while trying to order) and the lady made her get up because I had not ordered yet. I was at the cashier ordering when she told my daughter to get up. I was not happy. It was my first visit, with my daughter and two grandchildren, but they had been there before. Excellent food and service and the restaurant is just adorable! Loved the train service and we bought cute things in the gift shop area!💕
Great food and excellent service!! My kids loved seeing the train on the track and loved getting their food delivered by the train!! I will highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!! Especially if you have children!!�
My little one and I visited on yesterday for the first time and we loved it. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Enjoyed the fish dinner I had. We will be visiting again.
Fast service. Good food. Nice atmosphere. And my grandson couldn't eat for watching the trains speed by. Lol
My family of 5 loves it here. We can all eat for a very reasonable price and the service is always great. And the food is good. My kids love to watch the trains bring the food to the tables.
Incredibly friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Our kids were entertained and absolutely loved it. I'd go here all the time if I could!
