Food from another table was delivered to our table that clearly was not ours. Then another box was delivered to our table needless to say it was another tables food before we realized it we had eaten their food.. then about ten minutes later our food arrives. The wait staff acted like they didn’t know what is going on. The CO2 was out for the drinks so everyone got a can drink. The service was very poor. We came in with a large group. We went to a table that was large enough and were told that we could not sit there because we had to order first. There was not sign visibly posted until I mentioned that they needed to have this posted as people walked in so they would know the policy. Then, my wife ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce in place of a bun. I also ordered a lettuce wrap. The cashiers guaranteed that the cooks could do this. The food was fabulous. The employees were so nice and helpful. My grandson had a ball watching the train deliver the food to everyone. This is a must eat at kind of place.
Food is good and service was too. I would recommend this place. Love the trains.
We have been to this place twice and it is pretty awesome! Great food and great environment! Our boys just love it!
