Thomas was very thorough in his review of the issue with our overhead garage door assembly. He was also able share with me where potential problems were by physically showing me each. The system is not only functional now, but closes fully and is much quieter. Now my wife can park in the garage again. Thank you also for recognizing our veterans.

Technician Jerrail was extremely professional and answered all my questions...even the ones I didn't know to ask. He actually showed up early. Install was a breeze, and he walked my sons and I through using the app to control the garage door. Good price for the product and install. Door is super quiet 🍻.
