We are in the process of taking Mercedes hypnobirthing class and highly recommend it! For parents to be, it has helped us both build so much confidence as we approach our due date.
Fantastic course , and beautifully run by Mercedes. So much information provided, and an absolute must do for any soon to be parents. We really enjoyed it, and feel very empowered as we move into our preparation for birthing in a peaceful and empowering way.
Great course. HypnoBirthing is not like the hypnosis you see on TV or at shows! So do not be afraid! It is natural methods of birth mixed with relaxation practice and support techniques for the birthing mother. I feel more confident about the journey I will be going on now and it has eased some of my anxieties. <3 Highly recommended.
Mercedes is really great! She is knowledgeable and is good at running a class, but she is also very warm and non-judgemental of the many different individual decisions couples have to make in their births. Just a wonderful teacher and person. I feel very confident, leaving her Hypnobirthing class, in my ability to have the birth I've always wanted!
