We have done business with Alkots in the past, but now they’re terrible. Needed some plumbing redone that they did 4 years ago, they came out only took pictures and charge us 89 for a quote to repair. That was my first mistake, paying 89 for a quote. And then they never gave me a quote. What a ripoff. Come out and take pictures for 89 dollars. Been calling them for 2 weeks and no response. I will never call them again. Don’t waste your time with them. Owner of an apartment building.
Called twice (9:30 am & 1:30 pm) with no call back. The answering service was pleasant. I will be removing the maintenance sticker off my furnace and start my search for a new repair company. Very disappointed.
