I had an excellent experience working with Alkon Electric. They were extremely responsive and provided thoughtful, practical advice on how to address my issue. Their work was professional, and I really appreciated that they went above and beyond by returning to help during an emergency situation. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing I could count on them. I would highly recommend their services!

I called Alkon Electric Inc. at 7pm. I got an immediate call back from Dimitri, who then proceeded to confirm my next day appointment at 9:30pm!!! They showed up at 1pm to address my issue, and were also able to recommend (and install in the same visit) fixes to ensure issue did not reoccur. Big shout out and thank you to Dimitri and Alex!!!!
