Courteous Professional. Best qualified in town ( in my opinion ) The only possibly negative thing I can think of is that you occasionally have a wait after your appointment time. But I've waited far longer to see our regular eye doctor, and for the most part we come here for the specialists.
Look at the reviews and you'll see that you're in the best of hands with Dr. Koch, Jennifer Edwards, and Ellen Thomas. Knowing I was traveling 250 miles each way, Ellen scheduled the pre-op exam, the surgery and the post-op exam in three consecutive days, on two occasions, not an easy task in a busy facility with patients from around the U.S. No question, that the Baylor College of Medicine and the Alkek Eye Center are the best of the best.
Everyone here are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended!!
My mother is older and dealing with many issues of aging. As well as excellent care, she has always been treated with respect and kindness.
Exceptional physicians. Miserable administration - overbooked or understaffed, appointments should not take 2.5 hours !
We been coming for six years for my daughter.. We love it!!!
I have had eye surgery by Dr. Koch and Dr. Wiekert. Dr. Wiekert performed a cornea transplant, for which I'm still seeing him. My only complaint is with Dr. Wiekert so called Head Tech. Very very. unprofessional person
