Finally got my my Pure Easy Model HF123 today, the water still tasted like city tap water because one of the filters had crack in it. I unscrewed it from the unit and it completely fell apart. I'm mad I spent 105.00 dollars on something for it to be damaged. Hopefully the next filter is better or I'll be returning this product.
